Attorney Reine C. Boyer's unparalleled, persuasive style has enabled her to negotiate work-out solutions and modification of mortgage loans to avoid foreclosure and reorganize debt in Bankruptcy filings.

Reine has practiced law in Connecticut for over 25 years and is an experienced trial attorney. She is licensed to  practice  in Federal Court  for  the District  of  Connecticut,  Connecticut  Supreme, Appellate   and  Superior Courts and has appeared pro hac vice in New York, New Jersey and California Courts.

Reine  is  a  graduate of Yale College and the University of Connecticut School of Law.  She was a founding member and editor of the Insurance Law Journal and a member of the Moot Court Board. 

Although she loves the practice of law, and is a fierce advocate for her clients,  Reine is also a humanitarian and philanthropist. After the devastating earthquake in Haiti in 2010, she worked tirelessly to coordinate and send medical groups and supplies to help the people of Haiti. She also worked to help send supplies to Hurricane victims throughout the US and the Caribbean. In her spare time, Reine co-directs the Anacaona Youth Enrichment Program that serves children 5 -13 years old in the City of Bridgeport and surrounding towns.  Reine is a much sought out speaker,  mentor and coach.

In addition to her humanitarian and philanthropic efforts, Reine is a lover of the arts. She was appointed by the City of Bridgeport to the Klein Memorial Auditorium Foundation (KMAF) Board of Directors in 2016 and the KEYS Board of Directors since 2021. Reine is also a dancer, avid reader, writer, and theater patron. She wrote and co-produced a musical on the History and Revolution of Haiti and its influence around the world.  

Reine's world view is simply this:  "to whom much is given, much is required" and "always be fearless in the pursuit of what sets your soul on fire." 

Dolly   Balaji  is Director of Legal Services.  She  is  a  competent,  effective  and  resourceful professional  entering the team with legal experience and leadership skills.  She has proven capacity to take on new initiatives and the skills and expertise required to work and develop strategies and policies in the legal and corporate sectors.  She is involved in social and community services, assisting Refugees and Humanitarian Parolees. 

Dolly received her legal training in India.  She practiced law for several years before immigrating to the United States.  She has over eight years  experience in due diligence, contract review, legal writing, drafting, and legal research.  She also holds a master's degree in criminal justice and human security from the University of Bridgeport.  Dolly is a Board member of the  University  of  Bridgeport  Alumni   Association.  Her  passion  does  not stop there.  She  is  pursuing a PhD as well. 

Dolly also is masterful in client  and  business development, strategic   planning,  team management, quality   control,  problem-solving, and coordinating all aspects of case management to achieve overall client  satisfaction.  Dolly is adept at creating and executing on the Firm’s  strategic vision and mission. 

Dolly has extensive public speaking and mentorship experiences.  She believes her contributions to the community have played a significant role in not only motivating and uplifting others, but also keeping her grounded.  As our Firm’s Legal Services Director, Dolly works tirelessly to ensure  our clients' overall satisfaction.  She is  committed to providing an exceptional experience with our Firm in all aspects of their matters.

Chrishna Laporte has a breadth of experience and know how.  She is a quintessential alchemist and her attention to detail is exceptional. As the Firm’s Legal Assistant, Chrishna is always poised to find solutions and close the deal for our clients.  She is a team player who works with clients and counsel to navigate the complexities of the case. 

Chrishna hails from the University of Connecticut. She has extensive experience in management and crisis communications.  She has worked with non-profits who serve the community, political campaigns, as well as local businesses and fortune 500 companies.
