Upon leaving the City, she decided that her true passion was helping employees receive the rights they deserve. For nearly three decades Laurie Giles has practiced employment law. She is a formidable negotiator with extensive EEOC/CHRO experience. Currently, she serves as an adjunct professor teaching courses in human resources, negotiations, labor relations, and workforce dynamics.
