In this capacity, she represented the City in contract negotiations, union grievances and drafting employment policies. Upon leaving the City, she decided that her true passion was helping employees receive the rights they deserve. For nearly three decades Laurie Giles has practiced employment law. She is a formidable negotiator with extensive EEOC/CHRO experience. Currently, she serves as an adjunct professor teaching courses in human resources, negotiations, labor relations, and workforce dynamics.
